  ....The Hawaiian Dip

1 avocado
pinch of basil
2 large Tbs. frozen pineapple concentrate
pinch of chives
sea salt (optional)

Blend these ingredients in food processor or blender.

Fun Fruit Dressing

1 avocado
1 banana
2-3 Tbs. of frozen pineapple concentrate
1/4 cup of water

Blend all ingredients and pour over fruit. If you really want to impress someone who may not be a fruit eater, this is your ticket.

Tom's Guacamole

1 avocada
2 Tbs. salsa sauce
juice of lemon
1 Tbs. cider vinager
1 tomato, optional
pinch of dill or basil
1/4 cooking onion
1 tsp. poppy seeds
a small garlic clove
tiny slice of fresh ginger

Blend in food processor or blender.

Ron's Guacamole

1 perfectly ripe avocado
1 Tbs. honey
1/2 Tbs. lemon juice
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. simulated chicken base
pinch cayenne
1/2 tsp. onion powder

Blend until creamy and let sit in the refrigerator for 1/2 hour allowing the flavors to harmonize

Mexican Guacamole

1 avocado
1/2 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. chili powder
pinch sea salt

Blend until creamy and let sit in refrigerator for 1/2 hour allowing the flavors to harmonize.

Sweet and Spicy Avocado Dip

2 Tbs. mustard
4 Tbs. Sucanat
1 avocado
1 leek, chopped
1 tsp. basil

Sweet and spicy is another example of the amazing versatile avocado. It adapts to so many different flavors with such ease.
